I'm again facing this kind of issue where I'm loosing all lines break while switching from BUeditor to Aloha.

While I don't think this is exclusively related to Aloha (it happens also with Wysiwyg), I don't want this time to re-edit and correct all my texts and would be glad to know if there is a way to avoid the issue.

Is there a way to perform a smooth shift?
