That's a little (or rather a
That's a little (or rather a lot) more than can be explained in one post. And there are probably 10 different combinations of modules you could use. But I'd start with either the Ubercart module, or the Drupal Commerce module as a base, and take it from there.

The idea:
free subscription
1 ad slot, with one image, and limited text description, and will expire within one week, after the ad expire he can renew it one times only, or he can update the status only.
paid subscription
1 ad slot, multiple image, open text description, expire 2 weeks, renew 3 times only, or he can update the status only.
User may have on account, and multiple ad slots, 1 free, and multiple paid ads.
This the whole idea ...
