Notice: Undefined offset: 5 in _menu_translate() (line 777 of includes/menu.inc
apeare on admin/config page when I enable coditional fileds with node_gallery in my situation but other modules that use custom entity possible too

I get the same warning with Relation if relation_ui is disabled.
With the patch, I don't get the warning but when relation_ui is enabled I do get a warning "strtr() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in conditional_fields_dependencies_overview_page()" on the relation type dependencies tab.
