Critical: Missed variable on Quiz creation

ok, so placement of that one was slightly wrong, this is the correct one

This is critical, since this cleans up a variable insertion caused by the addition of backwards navigation, i am very anxious to get this one in asap. This causes problems with taxonomy and the pass summary. When fixed things should be back to normal.

Since, this same patch has been created and tested in a duplicate issue, i am going to apply this to core.
