When save dashboard configuration, all checkbox settings are cleared.

Hi.

The configuration of the Dashboard allow to choose the cases considered as "closed". When you select any state and save it, you get empty states as closed, as if you check nothing before. It's like you cannot consider the closed state in the dashboard configuration.
