use Name (when known) in the forward page

Today the page contains text "Message Subject: (Your Name) has forwarded a page to you from ..." even if the name of the user is know and already filled in.

It would be nice to pre-fill it instead of "(Your Name)"...

Just a small step towards perfection (maybe).
