Steps to reproduce: Open theme configuration page - wow.

Just like global settings page ([1]) this page is overwhelming and here are some options that are not likely to get adjusted too. The suggestion made at [2] is to make "logo image settings" and "shortcut icon settings" collapsible and collapsed.

Closely related: http://drupal.org/node/200077 - Clean up theme settings submit. Garbage stored in the database along with theme specific settings, due to code being not updated for new FAPI changes.
