I would love to use this module, but there is not sufficient documentation for me to implement it. For new users that are not savy with views yet, it is not possible to set up a simple image slide show. It has the features that users want, but is not accessible to newer users.

Please document or link to articles that have guides.

I'll second that. Have just installed it but as I've not used views before, I'm totally stumped with the views slideshow. From the sounds of it, it's a great module, but the documentation is totally lacking so for me it's currently unusable:-(

I agree... there is a lack of documentation for most of the modules that I try to use.
