translated terms show in new category translation lists

When creating a new category translation ( admin/content/taxonomy/#/translation/edit/new ), it list all terms from the category even if the terms are already involved in a translation. This is problematic and time consuming when dealing with a large category. I propose to only show terms which are not involved in a translation in the lists showed in a new translation, have a way to hide them or have two lists (involved or not) for each language.
