Hi, there are many issues posted concerning problems related to urls like taxonomy_menu/x/x.
I think it would be nice if there were additional checkbox in settings, allowing to change generated paths from taxonomy_menu/x/x to taxonomy/term/x.
This would solve the issue with url aliases.

I just tried version 1.02, and this is still not working.
