Description

I have added my three "love to haves" here in addition to mentioning them in http://drupal.org/node/197391
To meet a broad range of teaching applications the rating scale needs to be expanded. The initial change I see is that it should be out of 100 and not 10. Most of my assignment marking is out of 100 so this is more appropriate than out of 10.

It could be further developed to have the ability to choose from some built in or user defined rating scales. e.g.
* 1-100 - to give a mark out of 100
* % - similar to above but as a percentage
- Pass/resubmit/Fail for ungraded modules/assignments/units where the student either passes or they don't
- Competent/Not yet competent - As above with different terminology.
- Grade e.g. A,B,C,F - For those who use a grading scale without attributing a number value mark.

The rating numeric range can be now modified in admin options. I can't promise there will be further improvements in this feature in a near future.

Hi,

The new feature sounds great but I can't access it. I have downloaded the module just now but can't see how i administer rating scales. I note that the files in the downloaded module are all dated December or earlier so there doesn't seem to be any updates in it... or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks

Rob Wales.

Thanks for that. Look forward to more updates on this module that has great potential to fully develop.
