Webform Annotate

This module is some sort of Webform plugin, and requires it to work.
This module allows a privileged group of users to rate and write annotations on other users' responses to exams and questionaires built with Webform. Every user can view annotations and scores received in their own profile. The module also stores who rated and annotated what webform for what user, keeping track of "who said what about who".
Update: The module still lacks some details, but it's fully functional.
