It would be good to be able to check a box next to each field in the form to indicate if that field should be annotated or not. A teacher could comment on every question, just some or make one comment at the end.

Now authorized users can write notes on every text field in the webform, but the user can't choose wich fields can be annotated and which ones not. More on this later.

This feature has been implemented, say, 75 %. Teacher can comment every question. If they don't want to comment some, they just have to leave the appropiate fields blank. System detects blank fields.

It's not the perfect solution, but I cant work on this too much.
