We really need a better default theme. I'm no CSS wizard, so somebody will either have to contribute this or sponsor somebody to contribute it.

I talked to EclipseGc about this on IRC and I tried various suggestions without success. He also suggested using a table instead, and while trying, I found that that worked much, much better.
