Display default language content when no translation is available.

The Content selection mode allows only 'and' but no or.

Taken the case you have a page with 3 languages, the content should be the same for all.
You publish a content in language 1 (default), and 2 , but you don't have a translation in language 3 yet.

With the setting:
Only current language and no language.
The content would be missing in language 3.

I would prefer seeing the text in language 1 or 2 rather than not at all.
So I would like the feature

Only current language OR default language and no language.
In that case the default language would be present until there is a translation for language 3.
