Just bumped up from 5.x-1.1 to 5.x-1.2, ran database upgrade and got this message when I try to send a newsletter

: Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string in /home/virtual/site100/fst/var/www/html/sfn/modules/simplenews/simplenews.module on line 372.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also - I don't know if this is related or not but the newsletter is sent out, but the headers and footers that have been set up for the newsletter in the settings area are not appearing on the newsletter.

Fixed it.

Based on discussion in http://drupal.org/node/189694 related to Invalid argument supplied for foreach() at the same line number (372), I followed the suggested fix by going to the category/taxonomies page and assigned a type of 'Newsletter issue' to the Newsletter category.

I am still not getting the headers and footers, but that appears to be a different problem. I'll close this one and open another for that problem.
