Can you (or tell me how without breaking anything) change the 'from Upload' link to 'Upload My Photo's'? This is confusing some of my members.

Open gallerix_management.inc, do a ctrl-f for 'From Upload' and change the text to 'Upload My Photo\'s'

All the other features you asked for are being worked on right now, please try to keep this queue for bug fixes only.
