How to set up the default selected item to" <none>" ??

Hi there I've been using this great module with success thanks!
I wanted the drop down list to be set as every time a user hits the form. my taxonomy field is set to mandatory. it works fine with non-mandatory field. i looked up through your code but could not make it to work. can you give me some advice. ? Thanks!
