I must add image galleries to my site, and I like the idea of using a "native" solution like Acidfree. Is the current release suitable for a production site? Should I use HEAD or 1.x-dev? Is it safe to apply all the outstanding patches (a dozen is in the needs-review state, 5 in needs-work)? Your opinion is greatly appreciated.Thank you.

IMHO this great Module is receiving very little attention from the developer at this stage (due to limited available spare time it seems). I can not recommend using it in production environment until a lot of issues are ironed out by either the original developer or the other people who are currently requesting CVS access.

I personally find it works well, except for the lack of a javascript gallery support.
