Can cancel vote after poll closed

After I close a poll I can no longer vote, but I can still cancel my vote. This should not be the case.

I know this is an old topic. I just wanted to note that, at least with the 2009-Jan-25 release of 5.x-1.x-dev, this has been fixed.
