option to set for nodetype: received kudos visible to all or visible to owner only

Issue Summary

Hi!

although I can't see received kudos, ( http://drupal.org/node/216259 )
I have another idea for it.

I suppose that received kudos are visible to all (because there are roles "view" and "receive" on accesss roles page.)
But there can be important (privacy) when it will be better if only owner can see received kudos.
Example user profile.
Some users give kudo "smile" or "love" or "flower" or "bier" etc. to other user on his/her profile, but there is no reason let others to see it.

So I would like to see option to set for nodetype: received kudos visible to all or visible to owner only
default will be all, and in nodetype settings (or kudos settings) admin can change on which nodetype will be kudos visible to node owner only.
