Hi
My idea is anout sending kudos on user profiles.
But there can be situation that some user will be annoying and
and received person will be don't want to receive other kudos of him/her.
So on page with list of received kudos there can be a tab "blocked user" where use can block/unblock other users.
There can be link "block other kudos from this user" on kudo message too.
Maybe there can be limit on max. number of kudos for person... and in some time.

The max per person is something that i've had in mind.
I've just been trying to make sure that everything is now working as is, and once the two projects that it is currently being used on roll out to production, I will feel confident to release this as a real version.
