How can I give delete right to moderator for forum topic and not on forum containers??

Content Access would work for giving the moderator the ability to delete any forum topics - http://drupal.org/project/content_access

I'd use Forum Access if you want to control which forum topics can be deleted - http://drupal.org/project/forum_access
