Releases for Recommendation/Subscription

This is this module's first release.

Features include:
-a user, R, can create lists of "anchors", i.e. other users who's recommendations R wants to see
-users can "recommend" stories
-the "subscription" page collates the recommendations of each of a given user's anchors
-when viewing an interesting recommendation, a user can "echo" that recommendation (i.e. re-recommend it themselves)

Notable missing functionality:
-I wanted to include the ability for each drupal admin to easily create a firefox plug-in that integrates with this module. I was unable to create a cross-platform program that could automatically create such a plug-in given a site's name and URL so I gave up. But, the part of the code in the module that supports this is still contained in there, in case anyone else wants to try to get it to work. The code for this feature is, essentially, present but dormant because, I have commented out a few lines which force the feature to remain in the "off" position.
