This modules allows each system user to create a "subscription" to other users who post (or "recommend") stories.
In other words, users/posters "recommend" (or post) stories. Then each user, R, can pick a list of other users (who post stories), called R's "anchors". When R visits R's "subscription page", R sees a list of each of the stories posted by each of R's anchors, ordered chronologically.
