As I'm picking up on polishing up Garland/Minelli again, this is a great patch to start with.

New patch:
- Updated the version numbers to be for drupal 7;
- Added the (forgotten) credit headers to the ie-stylesheets;
- Updated my own domain-name, as I switched domainnames;

This is RTBC..

I combined this patch together with http://drupal.org/node/231115, into a new issue http://drupal.org/node/231115 where I'm going to fix up Garland.

Please review the patch here http://drupal.org/node/231115 and report back there. i'll close this issue once http://drupal.org/node/231115 is committed by one of our core committers..
