warning: chdir() [function.chdir]: Permission denied (errno 13) in /home/mattm/public_html/modules/webfm/webfm.module on line 1826.

I constantly receive that error when browsing pages relating to WebFM. I have read through forum postings, chmodded, added htaccess files to no resolve.

anyone else getting this?

webFM has lots of bugs. You should try filebrowser.

It is simple and easy to modify.

Is the webfm directory inside webroot (can apache access the webfm root dir)?
What is the actual path to you drupal install?
Have you tried to set the directory permissions to 775?

I take exception to the comment about my module being buggy. I do my best to keep the module working to the satisfaction of many many users.

The functionality and complexity of WebFM are so beyond the filebrowser module that I find the comparison laughable.
