I have flood control set to 10 per hour, but was just able to send 11 emails in a row (easily within an hour).

I did this twice, once as a logged-in user and once as anonymous.

Drat! I really like this module, but am concerned about it being used to spam.

Can you check this with the current version? There were a number of updates which should have affected this.
