When will the 4.6.0 version be available for this module?

When it is ready, I guess. There a number of pending bug reports that I will try to fix. If no new ones pop up, I'll release the module for 4.6.
testing is encouraged.

Yes, 4.6 would be great. I'd be happy to test. HEAD or 4.5?
