JS-error : tinyMCE.configs has no properties

I get the following error after installing imce correctly:

tinyMCE.configs has no properties
on the following linke: for (var i=0; i

-> strange thing is, when I tested it locally on my pc ,all works fine... when uploaded and installed on my server, it throws the error...

is it a bird, is it a plane? or is it a BUG?
