Subgroup Parent Selection not getting saved if Post Propagation is set to 'none'

I think the Parent setting gets saved as part of the og_subgroups_save_family function. If that function receives a $family_type argument of 'none' it returns FALSE without processing any og_ancestry changes. I tried removing the initial if statement (lines 495-497), but that caused other errors: "Call to undefined function og_subgroups_get_none()"
