Memory with OG-modules

I have a problem with one of my site. I'm using OG-modules, and when I activate more than 5 - 8 other modules (it dosn't matter which modules i activate), my update.php will not work. Nothing happend and my database isn't update.
Could it be something with my memory? I have 120 M (http://drupal.org/node/29268). I have severals sites on same server (http://netbox.no) without any trouble, but this is the only one who used OG ( http://drupal.org/project/og ) Without OG-modules everything function well.
