You know, maybe you can point out to me where you installed it from - I've looked through the documentation pretty thoroughly, and I cannot find the date_timezone module mentioned anywhere. And there doesn't seem to be one on the drupal site anywhere....

Help!

The Date Timezone module is a part of the Date 5.2 version. It is not in the 5.1 version.

Well, that explains it. :)

Thanks!

i installed version 5.x-1.8 and date_timezond did not appear in admin/build/modules.

Maybe you could check that?

(this point works in version 5.x-2.0-rc)

There is no Date Timezone module in the 5.1 version, including 5.x-1.8. It is only in the 5.2 version.
