Issue Summary
Sorry for my english.
It seems this module not work for me at all.
Roles i selects at vocabulary edit page does't save after submit - it still 'none'.

Hmm, it works fine for me and the other person I know who is using it. Can you tell me what other taxonomy modules you are using?

My first guess is to try turning off Custom_breadcrumbs and Hierarhical_select and see if that resolves the problem. Also, please make sure that "taxonomy_delegate" table got built when you installed.
It wouldn't hurt if you could get your host to upgrade MySql to a supported version; the one you have is very old and no longer supported. Drupal version 7 will require at least 5.0.

It's been over a month with no response. When you have time to try what I suggested, re-open this issue.
