Allow album node expansions using the inline filter

Allow AcidFree filter to handle album nodes, in two ways:
[acidfree:321 title="text of hyperlink" nothumb]
should print a text hyperlink to the album - no image, but make a link to the AcidFree album with the title as the text of the hyperlink.

And:
[acidfree:321 ... ] should work exactly as it does today, but with the addition of a "album" icon pasted on the thumbnail of a random image from the album? This would also create a hyperlink to the album at node/321, but instead of text hyperlink, it would be a thumbnail hyperlink.
This mostly works today, but would be nice if some way to indicate the thumbnail is a album could be added.
