I can send the test newsletter to the test address but I cannot send to the list. I have created one newsletter. I have three addresses setup to receive that newsletter. One address belongs to user #1 and is also the test address. The other two address do not belong to any system users. I have tried creating a newsletter and sending it immediately, after a preview and after having sent the test email; only the test email ever makes it.

Fresh install of Drupal 6.1 into a new database.

Thanks for reporting. The sending of newsletters is under heavy construction but not committed yet. It will be committed when it is ready.
