The 'Publishing options' section had been replaced by a 'Publish' or 'Unpublish' button
like 'Edit' or 'Delete' on the view/edit page.
The permissions name have changed, so you will have to update your permissions.
They are now splitted into publish and unpublish permissions, so that you can create
editor and moderator roles.
