Individual newsletters possible

Hello,

I happily use Simplenews, but I after I have send to the members on my list I often get requests from people not on the list: can I have one too? In the newsletter the options to send are then blocked. What is the solution in such cases? Of course I can solve this through Outlook, but I would like to do it with Simplenews.
