Not to Overwrite the Vote when Admin Modifies content

I have a CCK node type and it uses a fivestar field to rate one nodereference field.

Problem:

From time to time, site admins need modify the node, but after the node is modified, the vote was override by admin. The vote became admin's vote, not the original users.

How could we prevent this to happen?
