Good day guys,

A friend and I am currently working on the translation of the Drupal GUI into the Tagalog or Filipino language. I have translated about 2 files from the translation template and am looking to first have a substantial contribution at hand before posting it for the CVS.

I hope that there will be developers who would help me setup this project within Drupal.

I was inspired to do this since me and my friend are also part of the team working on the translation of Xaraya into the same language. We are looking to finish this in the soonest possible time.

More power to you guys.

Rodney

Really interested in this, as I'm building a site for a Filipino charity, it would be great to get the site in Tagalog. Any progress? Can I help? Which files have been translated so far?

This was a 2005 post.

Are there people still working on the translation of Tagalog?

Kailan pa ba matatapos ire?
(English: When you will finish translating this?)

If someone would setup a translation server, would it help getting started?

Filipino translation files have been committed to CVS and an alpha version has been released for download. Please note that this release is not yet a 100% translation of Drupal. Your help is still very much needed!

If you want to help in translating Drupal to Filipino, you can visit our very own localization server at http://pili.pin.as/translations

Sana'y magtulong-tulong tayo sa pagsasaling-wika ng Drupal sa Filipino. Ang inyong ambag ay labis-labis na pinahahalagahan.
Hoping that we will join forces in translating Drupal to Filipino. Your contributions are highly appreciated
