Hey folks,

When I view certain nodes, I get the following error:

user warning: Duplicate entry '94-img_assist_custom' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO image (nid, image_size, fid) VALUES (94, 'img_assist_custom', 584) in /home/nuestra1/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172.

I'm not sure if this is related to image nodes that existed before upgrading to 5.x-2.x-dev, which I've seen some issues about, which seem to be slightly different. What is the reason for this error message? How can I diagnose and fix it?

Does this error mean that I can't have an image node embedded in a custom size in more than one node?

Can anyone shed some light on this? This site is getting near to launch so I need to resolve this. Any help would be appreciated.
