I propose adding the following language, probably in the first bullet, to:
http://drupal.org/contribute/support

In order to find forum posts that have not yet been responded to, you can append the following to the forum URL: ?sort=asc&order=Replies.

For example. The URL of the "Converting to Drupal" forum could be appended in order to find all unresponded to posts in that forum: http://drupal.org/forum/37?sort=asc&order=Replies

I agree, this is useful information.

I'm moving this to the webmaster queue, since this page isn't a part of the handbooks, so webmaster powers are needed to change it.

This issue is 2.5 years old - and though it's interesting, it's probably too much work on a users part when we could instead make a View of it (and there's an issue on that.)

So I'm sending back to Documentation for a verdict.
