I am looking for someone to help develop a private Drupal site that will be used by a small corporate team to aggregate, categorize, discuss and annotate RSS feeds. A scope of work will need to be clarified, but I expect the following needs:

-custom theme graphic design and coding (we may get the design elsewhere but are open to someone who can do both)
-PHP coding for custom output of FeedAPI-generated nodes
-setup/config for security, including a very basic splash-type login page w/ no Drupal content
-PHP coding for some user-driven form-based reporting and query tools
