Editing description of organization by a manager causes all subscribers gone. If a manager of the group edits the description or anything of the group, the group will loss its subscribers. So I need to have admin subscribe users to the group again. This is I think is critical. I used only 2 og modules: og-5.x-5.4 and og_subgroups-5.x-3.1.

Can you please describe:

-Your group hierarchy
-Which group you are editing
-Which direction you have set 'post propagation'
-Whether there are any error messages. Have you looked in the watchdog?

I was able to reproduce this. The problem is related to og_subgroups_save_members. I'm looking into it.
