Sorry my bad English but I'll try to explain, I've got BG installed everything works perfect, but I have a flash movie on my front page, and when I click on a thumbnail and lightbox opens the flash movie becames in front of the image that I open, is there anyway to do this?

Add wmode="transparent" to your flash movie.
