disable taxonomy term language selection

Hello,
In my site i have enable the taxonomy translation. i have set blank as default language for my vocabulary. When ever i add a new term the English language is select.
now i find that i don't need the translation of terms and in addition it is very annoying for my customer to have to remove the english translation every time he adds a new term, so i want to disable this or at least set the default language to blank.
Unfortunately i have failed to do this. I have disable translation and i18n- taxonomy but stil the language selection for each new term is there.
In the Multilingual system --> Translation, i havent select any vocabulary but still the language is there.
Do i missing something?
PLease help coz i need to deliver the site asap.

sorry for my bad explanation.
My problem is simple. When ever i try to add a new term in any of my vocabularies i have to select Language for that term. By default the english is selected (see attached image).
How can i remove this language selection or how can i set it by default in "no language".
On Multilingual System / Translation i havent check any of the vocabularies to be translated.
I tried also to disable the i18n translation module and the i18n taxonomy module but the language transaltion is still there.

Sorry cant really help you but I do confirm this.
It's probably a bug (?), let's hope Reyero looks at this in the future.

Any workround or something? my customers no matter how much i point out that they have to remove the language from the selection they keep doing it wrong.
