NOTE: this is not the same as Assert Wizard Black (blank) screen (http://drupal.org/node/233968)!

Description of problem:
If Assert Wizzard is enabled but no roles are allowed any asset-related permissions then for all users except admin, clicking on Asset Wizard when creating content results in an unusable Asset Wizard window with no UI components, not even the [x] button to close the window.

Suggested fix:
Either hide the Asset Wizard link from the content creation pages for roles who don't have any asset permissions or Display a text message in the Asst Wizard pop up window informing the user that their role has no permissions to use Assets. In the latter case also need the [x] button in the upper right corner so user can close the pop up window.

Reproducing:
Starting with a fresh Drupal 5.7 installation.

Add jquery_update module (follow the procedure described in http://drupal.org/project/jquery_update to copy jquery.js into the /misc directory). Enable the module.

Add assets module (follow the procedure described in http://drupal.org/node/231630 to fix a typo in the .inc file). Under Administer >> Modules enable assets and Asset wizard.

Create a regular user, do not enable any asset permission for the regular user.

Allow regular users to create some content, eg Page.

Login as the newly created reg. user and Create Content >> Page

Click on Asset Wizard. You'll see the screen as in the attached jpeg file. Push the Browser Back button to regain control of your Drupal site.
