A few hours of toying with Services and Deploy. Here are my notes.

  1. hyperlink the plan name on admin/deploy
  2. i expected to add plan items from within deploy pages. minor.
  3. deployment is not showing up on /admin. i suggest just putting menu item in site building.
  4. xmlrpc transport is hard coded. add server type in servers tab. i suggest supporting json too. i have sample code for sending to json_server
  5. when pushing a plan, show plan items
  6. add a watchdog call in content_copy_deploy (until an auditor is in place)
  7. poor feedback upon successful deployment (e.g. views)
