Issue Summary
It would be great if this module could put a little pop up box or notification so the user knows they have been logged out. My Bank's site does this....

The 6.x version has this, I'm not sure we'll backport it to the 5.x branch.
Any chance you'll be upgrading soon?

Thanks. I may upgrade once a few more modules are out but it is a fairly complex site so i am a little nervous about the upgrade...

Alternatively, is there a way to land on a specific page? I have a logout link, for example, that goes to:
/logout?destination=loggedoutwhere the "loggedout" page says thanks for stopping by, etc.
I've got 5.2.2 and can't upgrade to 6 until at least the summer because of academic schedules. Thanks!

I would really like to see this feature in 5.x as well... I almost feel like this is a bug, as I've never experienced being logged out of a site without any kind of notification before, and several users have been baffled (and understandably annoyed) when it's happened to them on my drupal site. Could someone at least point me in the right direction for implementing any kind of notification in drupal 5.x?
Help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Marking won't fix for 5.x-2.2, as it is bug-fix only maintenance right now.
If the feature hasn't been added to the 6.x-2.x branch feel free to change this issue to that version and re-open.
