I tried upgrading from an older 1.x dev to 1.1 and got these errors in the log and on the page:

warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/path/sites/all/modules/imce/imce.module:1) in /var/path/includes/common.inc on line 141.

Have not tried to track anything down yet just rolled back to the 1.x and everything is fine..
